hurmm how to lose weight in 3 weeks?
i really need tht answer :(
well im here not talking upss writing bout weight but BMI
do you knw bout BMI?
its not BM(Bahasa Malaysia) :D
its Body Mass Index( BMI)
its about ur ideal weight

plzz let me show u how easy it was to calculate ur BMI:-

the result will come out like this:-
  • Underweight = <18.5>
  • Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
  • Overweight = 25-29.9
  • Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

my height is 154cm and weight 57kg
and my BMI is 24.0 :(
hurmm still normal but i want underweight!!!

    sekali hanya mkn nasi sekali sahaja..bila umur dah meningkat kadar metabolisme mmg agak kurang...nak turun 'kg' byk2 pun ambil masa lolz.
